Background of the Study - is the part of any research where in the particular topic is placed. This may contain the general description, and may include the broader description of the topic. Other include a brief preview of the topic to discuss. important details; Information about establishment, System description and Discuss the manual process of the system.
Statement of the Problem - is a concise description of the issues that need to be addressed by a problem solving team and should be presented to them (or created by them) before they try to solve the problem. When bringing together a team to achieve a particular purpose provide them with a problem statement. A good problem statement should answer these questions:
What is the problem? This should explain why the team is needed.
Who has the problem or who is the client/customer? This should explain who needs the solution and who will decide the problem has been solved.
What form can the resolution be?
Scope and limitation - The "scope" section is where you list what you are doing. The "bounds" section is where you set the boundaries and you list some thing explicitly that you are not doing because they are outside the bounds of the project. and Limitations are the limits or things you did not investigate, or the reasons why your conclusions may not be valid. include also the functionality and capabilities of the computerize system.

Gantt Chart - A Gantt chart is a graphical representation of the duration of tasks against the progression of time. A Gantt chart is a useful tool for planning and scheduling projects. A Gantt chart is helpful when monitoring a project's progress. A Gantt chart is a type of bar chart that illustrates a project schedule. Program Flowchart - is a type of diagram that represents an algorithm or process, showing the steps as boxes of various kinds, and their order by connecting these with arrows. This diagrammatic representation can give a step-by-step solution to a given problem. Process operations are represented in these boxes, and arrows connecting them represent flow of control. Data flows are not typically represented in a flowchart, in contrast with data flow diagrams; rather, they are implied by the sequencing of operations. Background of the Study
Teachers have always used grades to measure the amount a student has learned. The practice is becoming ineffective. Many students have a range of grades, which show that grades may not show what a student really knows. Therefore, the standard grading system should be replaced. Some reasons why grades should be replaced are bad grades can hinder a student performance, grades define who a student is in the classroom, and a grades are not an effective way to see if students have learned the material. The current grading system should be upgraded and every school should incorporate the plus and minus system in their method of grading.
Applying the grading system in schools helps the student to aim higher in their education. Grades motivate the student to want to advance and meet the academics goals. Getting good grades can assist the student in learning important life skills. Having more than a couple classes a day will benefit them in needing to acquire good organizational skills. Through this process prioritizing in good time management is essential. Showing responsibility, is attending class regularly, completing assignment on time, paying attention in class and going the extra mile to completely understand the material given. The fast paced development of technology changed everyone’s life.
Statement of the Study
The major attraction of this grading system is that it reduces the stress of scoring high marks on student and they do not have to burn the midnight oil in a bid to score more marks. The grading system addresses the critical issue of increasing student suicidal rate year after year. It allows the student to study in a relaxed curriculum. It also focuses on the over all development of students instead of emphasizing only on academics. Students can now study with better understanding rather than by hearting to score more marks. The homework, assignment and project works has more weight age than written exams. Many experts feel that this system can make the student industry ready has it focuses on developing the creative and soft skills of the students, thereby preparing them to face the job market. The teachers can also focus on imparting the knowledge rather than completing the portions on time.
Scope and L imitation
A grading system can have a large or small scope. A grading system with small scope might be the one that assigns a keep\don’t keep grade to leftovers in your refrigerator.
A grading system with large scoop is the one used for students in schools. The grading is not only used to assign homework and test grades, it is used for attendance, contribution to class discussion, and more. It has implications for educational opportunities offered, scholarships, job opportunities. One test grade can have effects more than 25 years later, long after life, career, and family have tested the person in far more meaningful ways.
All grading systems have limitations. Chief among them is the possibility of incorrect assignment of grade. In many cases. A slight error is not significant, but it some cases (grading food in your refrigerator, for example) it can cause illness or death. Another limitation is that grades may be assumed to have meaning that they do not have. School grades, for example are often assumed to say something about the ability and character of the person. They do not. They only reflect the judgment of the grader in very specific circumstances that usually have little relation to life.

Examination is a tool for testing knowledge. There are many reasons why people “invent” examination, among them testing knowledge is the most important one. It is obvious that depending on the results of a student in exams, we can relatively know how much knowledge that the student has attained, as well as, whether he makes progress or not. Examination is a chance for students to review what they have learned.
Whenever exams come, students pay much more attention to study than unusual because they went to get good marks or just pass a certain exam. Without exams, when time goes by students usually tend to forget what they have learned, so this is a good way to reinforce their knowledge.
With such a wide scope of advantage, the proponents proposed a system for Datamex Institute of Computer Technology to automate college entrance examination. Since the school has computer laboratories connected to a Local Area Network (LAN), accommodating with a large number of examinees will not be a problem. The implementation of the said system will make the storing and processing of exams data more efficient. Moreover, it enables speedy checking and scoring of the examinee’s result on different level of examination process.
Besides knowledge, behavior in exams also shows what kind of a student is. If he does not cheat in any exam, he is an honest person. If he himself does not try to do his paper and always asks for others help or copy other’s paper, he is an unreliable person. All in all, examination is the appropriate tool to evaluate someone’s ability and personality.
