Introduction - a beginning section which states the purpose and goals of the following writings. (1-2 paragraph)

Chapter 1  (Feb. 20, 2015)
Background of the Study - is the part of any research where in the particular topic is placed. This may contain the general description, and may include the broader description of the topic. Other include a brief preview of the topic to discuss. important details; Information about establishment, System description and Discuss the manual process of the system.
Statement of the Problem - is a concise description of the issues that need to be addressed by a problem solving team and should be presented to them (or created by them) before they try to solve the problem. When bringing together a team to achieve a particular purpose provide them with a problem statement. A good problem statement should answer these questions:

What is the problem? This should explain why the team is needed.
Who has the problem or who is the client/customer? This should explain who needs the solution and who will decide the problem has been solved.
What form can the resolution be?

Scope and limitation - The "scope" section is where you list what you are doing. The "bounds" section is where you set the boundaries and you list some thing explicitly that you are not doing because they are outside the bounds of the project. and Limitations are the limits or things you did not investigate, or the reasons why your conclusions may not be valid. include also the functionality and capabilities of the computerize system.

Chapter 2 (Feb. 20, 2015)

Gantt Chart - A Gantt chart is a graphical representation of the duration of tasks against the progression of time. A Gantt chart is a useful tool for planning and scheduling projects. A Gantt chart is helpful when monitoring a project's progress. A Gantt chart is a type of bar chart that illustrates a project schedule. Gantt charts illustrate the start and finish dates of the terminal elements and summary elements of a project. see sample Gantt Chart here...
Program Flowchart - is a type of diagram that represents an algorithm or process, showing the steps as boxes of various kinds, and their order by connecting these with arrows. This diagrammatic representation can give a step-by-step solution to a given problem. Process operations are represented in these boxes, and arrows connecting them represent flow of control. Data flows are not typically represented in a flowchart, in contrast with data flow diagrams; rather, they are implied by the sequencing of operations. Flowcharts are used in analyzing, designing, documenting or managing a process or program in various fields. Basic Program flowchart symbol below.

Title:
Enrollment System

INTRODUCTION
In studying classroom discipline, teacher authority and teacher–learner relationships
appear to be integral features in the management of discipline in public high schools.
Before 1994 teachers were encouraged to use the cane as a method of keeping control in
the classrooms. The teachers were also empowered to be in charge in the classroom, but
in a hostile or authoritarian manner. In this way teachers were made to believe that power
and authority were the bases for control and discipline.

Learner behavior problems have, for years, been a major
concern for teachers,   administrator and parents.
More than ever   before, teachers are faced with critical problems in their classrooms, and
are confronted (on a daily basis) with unacceptable learner behavior and threatening situations.

After the abolishment of the old system of corporal punishment
and control, an urgent need arose to deal with behavior issues in innovative ways.
The new approach to positive behavioral support represents a
shift from a focus on deficit and control, towards a developmental and restorative approach.

This will enable learners to progress towards responsibility,
relationship building and a greater sense of well-being.
This approach is also embodied in the
South African Constitution, the South African Schools Act and
the specific outcomes of the National Curriculum Statement
which give priority to the concept of responsibility..

INTRODUCTION

Course registration is the topic that we choose. The purpose of this topic is to determine how many students are enrolled in every courses between the two department the Information Technology Department and Hotel Restaurant Management or HRM. And to show some information about this system. We wanted to make the application more resilient to errors and network failures, so we created a mechanism that checks the network status and according to it, it chooses whether to upload the data or delay the upload until there is a solid network connection. To help the student to study more efficiently and help to monitor in a more easy and fun way.

COURSES OFFERING

BS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
BS HRM (Hotel and Restaurant Management)

STATEMENT OF PROBLEM

Datamex College are tasked with developing a new student registration system. The college would like a new client-server system to replace its much older system developed around mainframe technology. The new system will allow students to register for courses and view report cards from their personal computers attached to the campus LAN, or from any machine on the Internet (such as the machines in the school library). Professors will be able to access the system to sign up to teach courses as well as record grades.

Due to a decrease in federal funding the college cannot afford to replace the entire system at once. The college will keep the existing course catalog database where all course information is maintained. This database is an Ingres relational database running on. Fortunately the college has invested in an open SQL interface that allows access to this database from colleges Unix servers. The legacy system performance is rather poor, so the new system must insure that access to the data on the legacy system occurs in a timely manner.  The new system will access course information from the legacy database but will not update it. The registrar’s office will continue to maintain course information through another system.
At the beginning of each semester students may request a course catalogue containing a list of course offerings for the semester.  Information about each course, such as professor, department, and prerequisites will be included to help students make informed decisions.
The new system will allow students to select four course offerings for the coming semester.  In addition, each student will indicate two alternative choices in case the student cannot be assigned to a primary selection.  Course offerings will have a maximum of ten students and a minimum of three students.  A course offering with fewer than three students will be canceled. For each semester, there is a period of time that students can change their schedule.  Students must be able to access the system during this time to add or drop courses. Once the registration process is completed for a student, the registration system sends information to the billing system so the student can be billed for the semester. If a course fills up during the actual registration process, the student must be notified of the change before submitting the schedule for processing.
At the end of the semester, the student will be able to access the system to view an electronic report card. Since student grades are sensitive information, the system must employ extra security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
Professors must be able to access the on-line system to indicate which courses they will be teaching.  They will also need to see which students signed up for their course offerings. In addition, the professors will be able to record the grades for the students in each class.

SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS

• Actions through which courses are added to a schedule or dropped from a list.
• Schedule of classes.
• Some students don’t pay their miscellaneous fees on time.
• Some students shifting to another course.
• Listing the total students in every course.

Chapter 1 ( Feb. 20, 2015)
Background of the study
Business cards are hard printed medium for spreading word about your business and what you do. These papers should truly stand the test of time and patience between those you offer services towards. Thus, their concepts should be fascinating and creative, stretching far from common people’s imagination.
Likewise we are not all gifted artists in this trade. Whether you’re freelancing alone or building a team business, cards will always influence your sales numbers. Consider some of the points I’ve raised below regarding modern card templates and how you can break out of the box. Such creativity isn’t as difficult as implied by artists and merely requires a bit of stretched thinking.
Concept arts showcased below are geared towards the modern era of print layout. There are many styles and shapes to consider, so I also recommend spending time not only researching but building a collection of business cards to enhance your mind patterns. Certainly if you’ve got further suggestions or ideas please do leave them in the comment section.
What is the problem? They should  explain  all the time to the customer on what are the
Problems to the client/customer and to have a solution.

Scope of limitation:
You may need to create and register an account in order to use certain DD Online Services. In creating an account, you agree to:
create only one account;
provide honest, accurate, current and complete information  regarding   yourself;
keep your information updated and accurate;
keep your account password private and not share it with others; and
notify Dunkin' Donuts if you discover or suspect that your account has been hacked or its security breached.

BRGY. HOUSEHOLD INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

INTRODUCTION
In every Barangay it composed of hundreds of number of household. Barangay Officials have some difficulty in writing down all the information they need about the household owner and its members. Every time they do their jobs they take time to finish it and some of their parts of the body were in pain specially their back, hands and etc. So we decided to construct a system which helps them ease the pain they’ve been feeling and minimize the time they will consumed and can proceed to other papers.
The system we made also help to officiate easily search the Information of a household they want to know. It helps especially when a calamity came. It  help them to know who will they evacuate first or put full attention and in times of distribution of relief they can print out the names household or family that affected by the calamity . They don’t have to conduct a survey to get the names of families of their barangay to distribute the relief to all the families. Families will not talk about how they distribute the relief. They will not think that there’s a bias.
We conduct a system not just because we also concern about the workers of the barangay but because we also concern from the people living in and also we concern about the relationship of officials and people. Cause the officials cannot do their  job properly if their people don’t trust them if the people get  mad of them and people wouldn’t trust  and treat the officials if they don’t’ judge fairly.

INTRODUCTION

In a company, payroll is the sum of all financial records of salaries for an employee, wages, bonuses and deductions. In accounting, payroll refers to the amount paid to employees for services they provided during a certain period of time. Payroll plays a major role in a company for several reasons.
From an accounting perspective, payroll is crucial because payroll and payroll taxes considerably affect the net income of most companies and they are subject to laws and regulations.  From an ethics in business viewpoint payroll is a critical department as employees are responsive to payroll errors and irregularities: good employee morale requires payroll to be paid timely and accurately. The primary mission of the payroll department is to ensure that all employees are paid accurately and timely with the correct withholdings and deductions, and to ensure the withholdings and deductions are remitted in a timely manner. This includes salary payments, tax withholdings, and deductions from a paycheck.
A payroll system involves everything that has to do with the payment of employees and the filing of ¬employment taxes. This includes keeping track of hours, calculating wages, withholding taxes and other deductions, printing and delivering checks and paying employment taxes to the government. The payroll system starts when a company hires its first employee. Generally, the more dependents you have, the less income tax you have to pay. You must also keep track of the employee's critical personal information, like the address to which checks are sent, or in the case of direct deposit, the bank information and account number where the money is wired. All of this information is highly sensitive, meaning that a good payroll system should also be very secure. Withholding and paying taxes is one of the most important responsibilities of the payroll system.

CHAPTER 1

Background of the Study

The history of the checking system is complex, and no one person or culture can be credited with inventing the check. Ancient Romans used banking systems, where written notes, called "attributio," could be drafted against a person's account. Because commerce and bankers were not considered respectable, these banks were not organized or widespread. In the early 12th century, the Knights Templar began one of the first widespread banking systems. People would drop off their money in one of the Templar's stations, and claim it at another station with a handwritten paper claim draft. These drafts were the precursor to the modern check. In the early 1500s, Dutch merchants would deposit their money with cashiers, and write draft notes authorizing them to pay their debts from the deposits. This was seen as a safe alternative to carrying large sums of money, and eventually spread to other parts of Europe. The British began putting serial numbers on bank draft notes in the 1700s. According to infoplease.com, the use of the word "checks" may have originated at this time, because the serial numbers could be used to "check" one's account.
Businesses incur a variety of expenses and must keep meticulous financial records. Since the development of writing in the ancient world, businesses have been keeping records of their financial transactions. The United States tax system requires that business keep accurate payroll records for tax purposes. Payroll is one of the largest expenses incurred by a business. It consists of the wages and salaries any business pays its employees. An employer uses a payroll system to process its payroll. The system allows the payroll representative to process the tasks necessary to ensure accurate and timely paychecks for employees. The payroll system can be in-house and computerized, in-house and manual or outsourced; the employer uses the one that best matches its needs. Timekeeping is an essential aspect of payroll, particularly if hourly employees are present. The payroll system enables the employer to process timekeeping data for each applicable employee. If the system is manual, the payroll representative figures the time by hand. This includes adding up the hours worked as shown on the time card or timesheet. A computerized timekeeping system can transport the time into the in-house computerized payroll system, which includes the use of payroll software.

Statement of the Problem

General Problem
1. How to make payroll system.
2. How payroll software help the employer to account the withholding taxes, deductions and salary of the employee?
Specific Problem
3. How to compute the net income of an employee using payroll system.

Objective of the Problem
The specific goal of this project is to:
1. To create a payroll system.
2. To help the employer records the withholding taxes, deductions and salary of the employee.
3. To calculate the net income of an employee using payroll system.
4. To minimize the manual checking of each daily time record.

Scope and Limitations

Scope
The study will covers the process of preparing the pay slip of each employee, monitors under time, late, keeping the records and easily computers the basic pay, ACAPERA, withholding taxes, loans, PAGIBIG, GSIS, PHILHEALTH  and net home pay.

Limitations
The study does not cover any other not employee of the Department of Education (DEPEd), Tacloban City Division This is not a group of pay slip. This system is not cover by any deduction that may not belong to the pay slip, and also the other benefits and compensation that not belongs in the Department of Education (DEPEd).

PAYROLL SYSTEM OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AMONG SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS

INTRODUCTION

This study encompasses the role of payroll system in one of the agency of a public government. The Department of Education, Division of Tacloban City   as an employer of Secondary school teachers records the financial salaries for an employee, wages, bonuses and deductions, withholding taxes and the amount paid to employees for services they provided during a certain period of time. The main objective of this study focus on the DEPEd payroll system, on how the agency of Education account the salary, ACAPERA, ADCOM, loans, withholding taxes, under time and the basic net home pay of their employee (teachers). The ethical focal point in business view payroll an important function in the department, as employees are responsive to payroll errors and irregularities: good employee morale requires payroll to be paid timely and accurately.
The primary mission of these payroll system is to compute the salary of the employee easier, through the use of the system these will help the employer records the withholding taxes, deductions and salary of the employee and will minimize the manual checking of each daily time record. BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

Long time ago most of the people used a computer for their different purposes. But they also have many problems about their computers and one the most problem they encounter is the network or connection of the computer. But the programmers have a solution for that problem. And that why we got an idea that we make a program that could help for the companies, employers, business man and other users of the computer to solve their problem. So we decided to make an OPTIMIZER, this optimizer could help many users of a computer to maintain the connection or loading of their computers. People could buy our OPTIMIZER OR MAINTENANCE SYSTEM by ONLINE so it didn’t hard for the users of the computer to buy it in any computer shops.
The OPTIMIZER could also used in any companies for their maintenance connection of their computers, and also for the schools, and individual users. This system is available in any computer users.

 Introduction(02-25-15)

Grading System is designed to provide incentive reward for achievement and assist in identifying problems of the student.
Grading System is the most commonly used in computing and analyzing the performance, talent and skills of students. It is the important record to keep even for the longest time for the referral and credentials of the student to enter their next level of attaining their goals. It is the tract record that recognizes of one student, this maybe use for analyzing of your attitude and values.

Based on our research the school of Datamex Institute of Computer Technology using a manual computation of grades of each student, which is the traditional use when technology is not yet developed. Manual computation is very prompt to risk for any circumstances. It is time consuming in terms of recording grades, computation using of calculator. If some records are lost, they never retrieve it in case of unexpected calamity. Accuracy and security is not been so defined because of above risks.

Thus, the proponents created a system entitled “ Datamex Institute of Computer Technology Grading System for Data Accuracy”, which is more accurate, efficient and very easy to use and friendly user. To that, it will lessen their time and effort for computing of grades. And eventually they may avoid rushing submission of grades.

Datamex Institute of Computer Technology Grading System for Data Accuracy will help a lot in the part of teachers, school, administration and as well as the security of data of students.
